Case No. 1334 of 2019, arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 198 litres of liquor from the godown of Bharat Ten House and petitioner was arrested there.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has nothing to do with the seized article and he is no concern with the Bharat Tent House and he was only sitting there and he is in custody for more than one month, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Case No. 1334 of 2019, arising out of Baheri P. S. Case No. 302 of 2019 on the condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation.
