The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is land dispute between the parties and both the parties are agnates. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
