The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 11.07.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 523 of 2019 to the extent that the period granted for filing the appeal may be extended by a period of four weeks from today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suffering from certain ailments, hence he could not file appeal within the prescribed time, stipulated by this Court, hence a sympathetic view be taken and some more time be granted for the purposes of filing the appeal.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to file the appeal in question, within a further period of four weeks from today.

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 11.07.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 523 of 2019.
