The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sagauli P.S. Case No.37 of 2024 (S. Tr. No.843 of 2024) registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to be dealing in stolen goods. He is in custody since 01.06.2024. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9266 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 the learned Additional Sessions Judge, X, East Champaran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.37 of 2024 (S. Tr. No.843 of 2024). 6.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Harsidhi Police Station, District- East Champaran, Motihari on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
