2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 48 of 2022 arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code in which chargesheet has been submitted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four criminals riding on motorcycle have committed the alleged crime. They have snatched money and other items from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused Akash Kumar @ Vikki Kumar and co-accused Ratan Kumar. The petitioner has not put

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13377 of 2023(3) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 on T.I. Parade, there is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 23.01.2021.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The petitioner is accused in cases of Murder, Dacoity, Arms Act etc., and considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
