Actual pension and retiral benefits have to be now released. It is expected from the respondents to act expeditiously on their order different 13.09.2022 and release the arrears of pension and actual pension of the petitioner expeditiously within a period of two months along with interest for which the petitioner would be entitled to receive interest for the entire period from which he was due. The same shall be paid at the rate of 9 per cent.
