The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11575 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but he could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the prescribed time due to suffering from diseases of Hepatitis and fever. Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by order dated 23.12.2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
