JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the entire certificate proceedings bearing Certificate Case No. 4 of 2013-14 pending before the Certificate Officer, Samastipur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed objection before the Certificate Officer, hence the Certificate Officer be directed to dispose of the objection filed by the petitioner.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Certificate Officer to consider the objection filed by the petitioner with regard to the aforesaid
Patna High Court CWJC No.14362 of 2016(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 certificate case and pass a final order under Section 10 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914. Till the passing of the final order, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
