The petitioner is accused in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 414, 120 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b), A/26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner along with three others, including one Lalesh Prasad, garage owner, apprehended by the police and in course of search, parts of stolen vehicles were said to be recovered and in that course, one country-made pistol was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one Md. Javed Alam. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.07.2014. It is also submitted that similarly
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48750 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 situated co-accused Javed Alam, who is said to be apprehended by the Police with one country made pistol, has been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45389 of 2014 on 19.11.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Patna City, District - Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relatives of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
