The petitioner seeks bail in Harnaut P.S. Case No.189 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that deceased and prosecution side has a land dispute for 23 decimals of land. The victim had gone to Harnaut Bazar but he did not return and later on his dead body has been recovered. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one
