Hilsa by Memo no.51 dated 07.01.2006 and ultimately S.D.O. Hilsa cancelled the License by Memo no.1330 dated 02.11.2006 (Annexure-3) and impugned order dated 06.06.2016 passed by the District Magistrate Nalanda in Supply Case no.70/ 2006 (Annexure-4) and also the impugned order dated 06.12.2019 (Annexure-6) passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna in Supply Revision Case no.142/2016 by which the learned District Magistrate and Commissioner of Divisional Commissionary Patna have been pleased to uphold the cancellation order passed by the S.D.O. Hilsa."
After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, with better particulars, on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired.
Permission granted with liberty as prayed for. Liberty also reserved to the petitioner to make a mention for listing of the petition on priority basis. As and when any such mention is made, Registry shall take steps for listing the petition at the earliest.
