====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one other coaccused, namely, Bipin Kumar unauthorizedly used the electricity energy after committing theft and, as such, caused loss to I.B.P.C.L. Company to the tune of Rs.1,50,697/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working only as guard of Idea Tower and he cannot be held responsible for theft of alleged electricity by Idea Tower.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51689 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Electricity) Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P. S. Case No. 64 of 2015.
