The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case no. 503 of 2019 registered for offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., while the petitioner was travelling on his motorcycle, three unknown accused persons stopped him, placed a pistol on his temple and took away his bag containing Rs.36,508/- besides other articles. It is the case of the petitioner that he is in custody since 24.9.2019 but still he has not been put on T.I. Parade. He is not named in the F.I.R. and no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner being in custody since 24.9.2019 and has still not been put on T.I. Parade, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case no. 503 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
