JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant, it is next submitted that Krishna Manjhi and Shailesh Manjhi have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9561 of 2022(3) dt.18-11-2022 2/2 Misc. No. 10809 of 2022 and Bacha Manjhi has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 7826 of 2022. Learned counsel submits that case of the petitioners are on a better footing than the case of Krishna Manjhi and Shailesh Manjhi, further the allegation of assault against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
