From the pleadings, it appears that entire facts was not placed before this court and as such the court is constraint to recall the interim order passed by this court vide order dated 18.05.2018.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the court feels persuaded to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary of the department who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and take final decision. The interim order passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.9891 of 2018(3) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 this court dated 18.5.2018 has been recalled today hence it shall not come in the way of Principal Secretary in passing the final order on the claim of the petitioner. The court expects the Principal Secretary to provide hearing to the parties before passing final order.

Decision in this regard may be taken by the Principal Secretary within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
