2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Goh P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024 registered under Sections 80(2), 103, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
4. As per allegation, marriage of informant's sister was solemnized with petitioner, Sujit Kumar (Cr. Misc. No. 8793 of 2025) in the year 2019. It is further alleged that the petitioners assaulted and kill the informant's sister on 14.09.2024 due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs.2,50,000/- as dowry.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that independent witnesses, namely, Jai Prakash Kumar, Neeraj Kumar and Rajdeo Paswan have stated that the deceased suffered stomach ache and she was brought to hospital where she was declared dead. It has further been submitted in postmortem report, no internal or external injury was found on person of the deceased. The FSL report also shows that no poisonous substance was found in viscera and the death was found to be suspected.
6. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8384 of 2025(10) dt.04-12-2025 3/3 of State as well as informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that the accused persons committed dowry death of the deceased.
7. In postmortem report, no internal or external injury was found and in FSL report also no poisonous substance was found in body of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
