The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No.206 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is husband of the victim. Allegation has been made that petitioner has demanded dowry which led to death of the victim.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of ten months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Vinay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U T
