Patna High Court CWJC No.5242 of 2017(2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to Annexure-5 submits that the petitioners have approached the competent authority for redressal of their grievance by filing representation dated 13.2.2017. He submits that if the representation filed by the petitioners contained in Annexure-5 series are disposed of then petitioners may not have occasion to remain the persons aggrieved.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petitions is disposed of with direction to the Director, Secondary Education to dispose of the representations contained in Annexure-5 series, if not already disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
