Pursuant to the last order dated 17.07.2023, today a supplementary show cause has been filed of behalf of the opposite party no. 5 as also a re-joinder on behalf of the petitioner.
Now the reasoned order of the Superintending Engineer, Advance Planning Circle Building Construction Department, Bihar, Patna vide memo no. 79 dated 20.07.2023 is
Patna High Court MJC No.1709 of 2018(4) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 on record by which it has been stated that due to the effectiveness of the memo no. 5066 dated 11.04.2019, since all the promotions were withheld, no decision could be taken and further steps shall be taken only after effectiveness of the said order comes to an end.
In that view of the matter, the MJC 1709 of 2018 stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to immediately move before this court as and when the effectiveness of the said order comes to an end.
