JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against 30 named accused persons and several other accused persons is of indiscriminate firing. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and some accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1529 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
