The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1114 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is settlement between the parties.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that the opposite party no.2 is residing with the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the

No.9487 of 2020(5) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 1114 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
