Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.

Submission is that the victim had love affairs with the petitioner, hence, she initially married with the petitioner. She was major on the date of occurrence as her date of birth was 05.05.2000. On the pressure of parents, the victim broke the marriage with the petitioner and married with another boy which would be evident from the certificate of the Mukhiya enclosed with the supplementary affidavit.

No.19201 of 2021(4) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 Considering the facts of this case aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shambhuganj Police Station Case No. 63 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
