2. The petitioner being aggrieved by creation of Jamabandi No. 738 in favour of Respondent no. 5 regarding Plot No. 1464 situated in Mauza, Maharajganj District Purnea Nagar Nigam has filed the present writ petition.

3. This writ petition is being disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may take recourse of alternative remedy provided under Section 9 of Bihar land Mutation Act, 2011.
