The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.1.2020 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.79824 of 2019 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail once charge is framed in the case. It is submitted that charge has been framed in the case on 8.3.2021. The petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in the aforesaid order dated 20.1.2020 together with charge having
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19031 of 2021(2) dt.30-09-2021 2/2 been framed in the case and the period in custody, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.41 of 2021 (arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case no.482 of 2019) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VII, Jehanabad.
