The present application has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Supaul P.S. Case No. 846 of 2020 registered under Sections 188 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Upon going through the contents of the first information report it transpires that there is allegation of theft and disobedience of order of the public servant (informant). I am not inclined to interfere, therefore, this writ application is dismissed.
