1. Upon perusal of the record, it is evident that the Writ petition is filed seeking direction and command to the respondents to make payment of the entire amount with interest, as per the policy of Sahara India Limited, to the petitioner and his family, which was deposited by the petitioner and his family members in Sahara Unic Scheme and Scheme D in the office of Branch manager, Sahara India Limited. Except for Sahara India Limited, the State is not a party before the Court. It is a lis between two individuals; therefore,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15777 of 2016(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 the Writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ petition is dismissed.

2. The petitioner is at liberty to address his grievances before the appropriate forum.
