Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has preferred the present writ petition for granting him compensation for acquisition of right of use of petitioner's land for laying a pipe line. According to him, the said acquisition took place without providing any compensation to the petitioner against the damage or loss sustained by him and without following the procedure.

The decision should be in the nature of a speaking order.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
