JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State also.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the nature of allegation is of civil dispute and there has already been compromise between the parties. The objection raised by the informant is that the compromise was done but only in pen and paper but amount of Rs. 20,000/- is not paid and if it will be paid, he will have no grievance.

Considering the above submission of the parties, I direct that the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari
