Learned counsel for the petition has approached this Court claiming that he had been paid lessor amount corresponding to the deduction and deposit in the P.F. Account. In view of the above, let the petitioner should approach to the Assistant Labour Commissioner, E.P.F.O., RBlock, Patna. If such an application is filed by the petitioner before the aforesaid Authority, he will look into the matter and take a decision in accordance with law.
