2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 23.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 3715 of 2015.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 3 to 5, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 06.02.2017 discloses that a final decision rejecting the claim of the petitioner has
