This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to direct the District Teachers Promotion and Transfer Committee, Gaya to transfer the petitioner as per Rule 3 and Rule 5 of the Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rules' 2018 and to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 08.01.2024.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment)-cum-the Member Secretary District Elementary Teachers Promotion and Transfer Committee, Gaya (Respondent No. 7) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 08.01.2024, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of production/receipt of this order.
