The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of SC and ST (POA) Act. Allegation has been made that while the complainant was crossing the accused persons were started teasing and abusing her. It has been further alleged that they have poured wine over her head, threatened her to teach a lesson and called her by caste name.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present complaint case has been lodged due to enmity on account of earlier case lodged against PDS dealer who has set up the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51357 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 present lady to file a case. Petitioner in jail since 23.8.2014. Looking to the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, , Satrughan Rai, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No.2921 of 2013.
