Petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant languishing in custody since 13.07.2015 in a caser registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 365, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant after four years of marriage. Consequently, the dead body was recovered from the embankment of a river.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is husband of the victim, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
