The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that chargesheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 29.8.2015. It is further contended that co-accused Anil Yadav, who is on identical footing has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Sunil Yadav is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52655 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Silao P.S.Case No. 91/2015.
