2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.10.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 309 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 80(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is alleged to have killed his wife because he was in illicit relationship with co-accused Nasrin Begam.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused of killing his wife, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

5. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj will ensure the arrest of the co-accused Nasrin Begam, if she has not already been arrested, and if materials have come in support of the fact that she has participated in the crime.
