Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. reveals that she went to Mumbai on her own sweet will and the petitioner gave shelter to the victim girl. It is also submitted that the petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-Cum Special Judge, POCSO, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
