JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.08.2015 on the accusation that he was caught on the spot by the informant and others when he along with one another person made attempt to snatch the money and mobile of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as a matter of fact, some quarrel took place between the parties and after that petitioner was handed over to the police with concocted story.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53746 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No. 550 of 2015.
