Patna High Court CWJC No.2944 of 2024(3) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 Plot No. 1265, area 4.5 decimals, situated at MauzaDamodarpur, however, at the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-State that in case the respondent-State seeks to take any action qua the petitioner, the same would be done only after taking recourse to the due process of law. It is directed accordingly.

Having regard to the fair stand taken by the Respondent-State, as aforesaid, the notices dated 06.01.2024 and 28.10.2023, issued under the joint signature of the Circle Officer, Kanti, District-Muzaffarpur and the Officer In-Charge, Kanti Police Station, District-Muzaffarpur, are quashed. The writ petition stands disposed off.
