The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11538 of 2019 arising out of P.R. Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a), 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 40 ltrs of country made wine was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 26.12.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7637 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 11538 of 2019 arising out of P.R. Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019.
