Earlier, vide order dated 08.12.2021, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail as against petitioner nos.1 and 3 was dismissed as withdrawn.

Now, the present application is being heard on the prayer of anticipatory bail as against petitioner no.2 only. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, in order to seek regular bail before the learned court below.

Permission is granted.

The instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
