The petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Samastipur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015, registered under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is of moving the petitioner with the bag of the informant from compartment of the train, latter on, informant made alarm, thereafter, Police came and apprehended the petitioner with the bag.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is custody since 21.08.2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51142 of 2015 (2) dt.08-02-2016 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Rail Samastipur P.S.
