The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 417 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in looting the paddy of Rs.53,000/- which was loaded on the tractor. The petitioner is not named in the first information report and he is in custody since 15.07.2019 but he has not been put on test identification parade till date.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7350 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram District Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 417 of 2018.
