The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for settlement of the dispute between the parties. Further he submits that it is evident from the report of the Mediator dated 15.02.2023 at Flag-M, the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 has been resolved. Petitioner and opposite party no.2/his wife are leading their conjugal life peacefully.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9437 of 2022(4) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 of the case as well as the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
