JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 341, 342, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner and other accused carried to Raghunandan Prasad and Mukesh Kuamr causing injury. In the meantime, petitioners Pradeep Prasad and Mahesh Prasad caused injuries at the head and hand of the informant through Bhala and Farsa.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48716 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the injury report of Binod Prasad that both injuries are simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance. Further submission is that regarding the alleged occurrence Harsidhi P.S. Case no. 107 of 2014 is also instituted on the basis of the information of the petitioner no. 1 against the informant of present case and others under sections 147, 341, 342, 447, 323, 321, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
