JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. Petitioner is accused in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 registered under Section 387 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the mobile no. 8252691353, which is said to be used by the petitioner for demanding ransom, is not belonging to the petitioner, rather the same is one Pappu Kumar, who is also made accused with this petitioner in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 and in the said case on that very basis, petitioner has been granted bail. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, except Raxaul P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014, in which he has already allowed bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49268 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 48515 of 2014 by a Bench of this Court on 20.02.2015. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relatives of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
