Petitioner is accused in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws family members due to nonfulfillment of demand. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, marriage of the petitioner was performed with deceased Rukshana Khatoon, who sustained burn injury in course of falling of earthen lamp on her and the petitioner also tried to save her. In that course, he also sustained burn injury in his hand,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50707 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 but unfortunately, the wife of the petitioner died due to burn injury. Further, submission is that in course of investigation, it has also come in paragraph no. 15 of the case diary that the petitioner also sustained fire injury in course of rescuing the deceased. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Khudaganj P.S.
