1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Baijnathpur P.S. Case no.76 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have assaulted the informant and others leading to grievous injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is agnate and neighbour of the informant, has been falsely implicated in the case. The dispute between the parties have been compromised as would be evident from the order of the learned trial Court. The petitioner is in custody since 24.7.2025 and has no criminal antecedent. 5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the relationship between the parties, the petitioner being in custody for more than 7 months since 24.7.2025, chargesheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Baijnathpur P.S. Case no.76 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa.
