Patna High Court CWJC No.19623 of 2016(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 of Gramin Shramik Kalyan Kendra, Laxmipur, District- Jamui (Bihar), which is due since 1-2-1993 to 30-6-1996 (forty one months) with up to date interest up till now."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the outstanding rent has stood paid to the petitioner, however he be granted liberty to agitate his grievances regarding payment of interest on account of delayed payment of the outstanding rent in question. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
