The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68759 of 2022 for correcting the father's name of the petitioner. In this regard a fresh vakalatnama filed by learned counsel for the petitioner is on record.

It is submitted that vide order dated 24.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68759 of 2022, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to typographical mistake the father's name of the petitioner was wrongly been typed as Late Ramchandra Paswan in place of Late Makhan Paswan in the bail application and so in the order-sheet.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18772 of 2023(4) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, this application is allowed.

The order dated 24.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68759 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
