2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the father of the deceased. There is allegation against all the accused persons that they have assaulted the deceased and killed him. One Ravi Shah is said to have assaulted the victim on his head. The victim has died because of head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 70 years old and he is in jail since

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 599 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
